This Privacy Policy describes how Aubern LLC ("Aubern," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of Skejuhl at skejuhl.com, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services. Aubern LLC is a Florida limited liability company located at 1221 Brickell Ave Ste 900, Miami, FL 33131.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Name and email address when you create an account
- Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Profile information you choose to provide
- Content you create within the platform (meetings, tasks, schedules, expenses)
- Communications you send through the platform messaging system
- Your IP address and acceptance timestamp when you accept our Terms of Service
We also collect information automatically, including:
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Device information (browser version, operating system)
- Cookies and session identifiers necessary for authentication and security
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Skejuhl platform
- Process payments through Stripe and maintain billing records
- Send transactional emails (meeting confirmations, payment receipts, invitations)
- Authenticate your identity and maintain session security
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Record your acceptance of our Terms of Service for compliance purposes
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With Stripe, Inc. to process payments and manage Stripe Connect accounts
- With payroll providers on Enterprise plans to process payroll, where you have authorized the connection
- With entity workspace members as necessary to operate the platform (e.g., showing your name in a meeting participant list)
- With service providers who assist in operating our infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations
- When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets
4. Payment Processing
All payment processing is performed by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe to a paid plan or make payments through Skejuhl, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. Aubern LLC does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account numbers. Stripe Connect accounts created by users or contractors are governed by Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion:
- Personal profile data is deleted within 30 days of the request
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required for financial compliance
- Activity logs may be retained for up to 3 years for fraud prevention and legal compliance
- Backups may retain data for up to 90 days after deletion from production systems
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to certain processing of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. 8. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in to Skejuhl.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, session management, and access controls. No system is completely secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to abuse@skejuhl.com.
10. Children's Privacy
Skejuhl is a business platform intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 18.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 18 has created an account or been added to a workspace, please contact us at legal@skejuhl.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, promptly delete the account and associated personal information.
Account administrators who invite members to entity workspaces are responsible for ensuring that all invited members are 18 years of age or older.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and will update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
