Common questions
Is the personal workspace really free?
Yes. Your personal workspace — calendar, meetings, tasks, mileage, availability — is free forever with no credit card required.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is any active member in an entity workspace. The first seat (the admin/owner) is always included. Each additional active member is $3/mo on any plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your entity plan at any time from the billing settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, entity features are paused. Your data is retained. You can resubscribe at any time.
Does Skejuhl handle payroll taxes?
For W-2 employees, tax withholding and filing is handled by payroll integration on the Enterprise plan — you pay payroll provider directly. For 1099 contractors on Pro, Stripe Connect handles payments but contractors are responsible for their own taxes. Skejuhl generates payment summaries for your records.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely — Skejuhl does not store card numbers.
Is there a free trial?
New entity workspaces get 30 days free. No credit card required to start a trial. You choose your plan upfront and subscribe when ready.
